On Saturday, March 8, 2014, Shreveport will celebrate the achievements of Stan “The Record Man” Lewis. The day includes performances by musicians who recorded for the Jewel/Paula/Ronn record labels, panel discussions featuring Shreveport disc jockeys, and a public interview/Q & A with Stan Lewis.

Arthur Crume Sr., of the Original Soul Stirrers,. is seeking to contact Stan Lewis. can you possibly forward this message to him? you can respond to my email, amtrakjanet@yahoo.com or my Facebook page under Janet Schmidt. Arthur has at least 4 FB pages, and I would hesitate to ask you to connect through those, as he never knows which one he'll be able to get into, so he changes frequently. He recently attempted to send a letter to Mr. Lewis, but he wasn't sure of the house number, so he sent it with just the street name, so I'm almost sure it might come back. Thanks so much for any help you might be able to give Arthur in trying to connect. It started with a message relayed to him that Mr. Lewis was trying to get ahold of him?
